Fixing Roller Blinds

The bracket provided comes in pairs, one has a round hole (A) and the other has a square hole (B) for the sidewinder control end. These are positioned left and right depending on which side the blind is being controlled from (e.g. for sidewinder left the square pin bracket goes to the left also).
The brackets are designed to face, side or top fix, for inside or outside the recess depending on the order requirements. Before positioning the bracket consider clearance for window handles or other obstructions.

Position the top screw hole approximately 20mm down. This may vary according to how bulky the fabric is on the roller, in which case you will need to make a visual assessment of this and position the bracket accordingly.
Side or End Fixing

Ditto above

Measure forward from the window frame approximately 20mm. This may vary according to how bulky the fabric is on the roller, in which case you will need to make a visual assessment of this and position the brackets accordingly.
After the brackets are fitted the roller blind can be installed ready for use. Firstly, when handling the blind make sure the fabric is tight on the roller and handle it carefully with clean hands to avoid creasing or marking the fabric. Secondly, insert the round pin into the appropriate bracket and push the spring mechanism. At the square pin end, identify the appropriate hole in the bracket, keeping the spring pushed in swing the square pin across the face of the bracket and locate in the appropriate hole.
