General overview

The image on the right shows a typical page with all the main interactive areas highlighted.

Blue area = top level navigation

These links will take you to the main pages of the site and will show different content in the red area appropriate to the link title. IE: Blinds will give you a listing of all our blinds

Red area = product view area

This is main content area and will display relevant information for the link you clicked on in the blue area along with links to more specific details of the content you have chosen to view.

Green area = Further information

You will find links to further information that is relevant to the content in the red area.
IE: If you were viewing our Roller blinds in the red content area you will find that in the green area links to more in depth information has appeared such as for fixing, operation, measuring and any optional extras. This information will popup in a new window on top of the page you are using. Click here to see »

Orange area = contact & Costing

In this area you can contact us and request a call back from one of our staff as is the case on this page or, once you are viewing information on specific products, you can enter details that will give you a cost and allow you to send these details to us as outlined below.

Cost calculator -

Always appears on the lower left of the page layout where the callback request would normally be.

The second image on the right shows an example of the cost calculator where you can add details of fabric design & colour, dimensional details such as width and drop followed by any optional extras that may be chosen for that particular item.

On each product detail page there are fabric, and for Venetian blinds Slat colour, swatches that if clicked on will add the fabrics design and colour to first text entry box in the calculator. You simply then just add dimensional details and any other option details before clicking "Calculate". The total cost including VAT and carriage will be shown in the box below.

The images shown are just examples as the calculator has more or less entry fields depending upon the item you are currently viewing.

Sending us an order

Below the "Cost of your selection" box you will find a "Send request" button. If you click on this the form will expand and further details of your requirement can be added such as if your blind is to fit inside or outside of a recess, the colour of the head rail and so on.

After this, add your contact details and click on the "submit" button. The details of your enquiry will be emailed to us and a confirmation email sent to you as well (where an email address is supplied). We will contact you to confirm your details and cost and take payment.

Q:	How long will my order take?
A	Please allow up to 28 days from receipt of payment
Q:	What about Carriage and VAT?
A:	All costs are inclusive of carriage and VAT
A	What if I want to change details after I have clicked on the "Calculate button"?
Q	At any time you can make changes such as the dimensions or adding an item such as the Child safety device etc'. Just click the "Calculate" button again and your new cost will be shown.
